WEST RIM MOTORCOACH TOUR The West Rim of the Grand Canyon is
well known as the most rustic and rugged part of the canyon. It
is home to the HualapaiI Indian Nation. It is also home to the
historic glass bottom Skywalk which opened to the public
March 28 2007. We are offering a Deluxe motorcoach tour to the
West Rim that will travel daily on full size luxury motor
coaches. Like our Deluxe South Rim bus tour, this tour will
include a continental breakfast , complimentary show tickets, a
photo stop at Hoover Dam , a 3.5 hours stay at Grand Canyon West
with the option to stroll on the Skywalk and return to Las Vegas
circa 6.00 pm in time for evening shows and dinner.

SOME FACTS ABOUT THE SKYWALK :
It juts about 70 feet into the canyon , 4000 feet above Colorado
River.
Will accommodate 120 people comfortably.
Built with over a million pounds of steel beams and includes
dampeners that minimize the structures vibration.
Designed to hold 72 million pounds, withstand an 8.0 magnitude
earthquake 50
miles away and withstand winds in excess of 100 mph.
The walkway has a glass bottom and sides 4 inches thick.
